This site is an off site deployment, located in a partner facility in the UK, on an independent network and infrastructure, to ensure continued communication with customers in the event of an outage, problem or emergency.

All customers will directly receive maintenance window notifications, sent directly to the account contacts, should any work directly effecting you be planned. All customers impacted by any issues will also be directly emailed an RFO Report (Reason for Outage) in the event of an issue.

This site will solely be used as a ‘broadcast’ tool in the event of communications failure, rendering it impossible for us to communicate with customers, or a severe emergency.
