Network Issue Parkwest 4/3/2011

We are currently experiencing a Network issue within our core in Parkwest.  Our engineers are currently working to resolve the issue a further update will be posted shortly.

The issue has been located and resolved on one of Distribution Routers, some traffic impact would have occured whilst traffic re propagated.

Network Latency Clonshaugh Only 03/03/2011

13:30 – We are currently experiencing some latency with one of our upstream providers in Clonshaugh, we have removed this carrier from our network until this carrier restores services. A further update will be posted.

Carrier Issues (UK,US and Canada) 19th January 2011

16:35 – We are currently experiencing issues with traffic originating from the UK, Parts of the US and Canada.  The engineering team are currently escalating to our carriers to identify the cause a further update will be posted shortly.

17:00 – The issue has be identified within one of our carriers network and has been rectified. We are awaiting a formal response into the reason certain routes could not be reached from the carrier.

Ticketing System Maintenance 29-31 January 2011

Further Upgrades and Maintenance will be taking place on our ticketing system over the weekend of the 29th January.

Weather Conditions Parkwest and Clonshaugh

SunGard Sites in Parkwest and Clonshaugh are fully operational and manned as normal.
We are asking customers however not to travel to site unless necessary as the roads on approach to both sites are extremely treacherous.

Carrier issue 22/05/2010

One of our carriers are currently experiencing issues in Dublin, some latency may be seem on certain routes.

Update 13:55

Our carrier is still experiencing issues however this is not customer impacting – we are awaiting a further update.

Update 17:45

Carrier issue has now been resolved. We have ben advised the the carrier suffered a DC rectifier failure in the Dublin PoP. This incident is now closed.

SpamTitan Mail Delivery Delay 20th May

We are currently experiencing delays processing mail through Spam Titan of up to two hours. Our engineers are currently working on the system and we expect it to be rectified within an hour. Mails are being queued and will be delivered once the matter is resolved.

This only affects customers using the SpamTitan service. All other mail systems are functioning normally.

We are continuing to experience delays through spam titan. Our engineering team are working to resolve this issue. We would like to apologise for this delay.

Network Upgrade Clonshaugh 13th May

13th May 2010 00:01 – 02:00

We will be increasing our Gigabit capacity to our clonshaugh based access switches on the early hours of Thursday 13th May. This work will involve the installation of additional cards.

We do not anticipate any customer impact as a result of this upgrade.
